Performance Analysis
Drawn from 2 tests. Updated October 29, 2026.
The Fortuna EcoPlus 4S finishes near the back in both all-season braking overviews, with wet stopping distance the clearest measured concern. Auto Bild placed it 29th of 35 overall in 2022 and 23rd of 27 in 2018. In the 2022 test, wet braking took 63.1 m, 45.7% longer than the best, placing 34th of 37 in that discipline.
Dry braking was the relative exception in 2022, ranking 13th of 37 at 43.9 m. That placing was much better than its wet result, but the distance was still 20.3% longer than the best, so it is not evidence of leading stopping performance. The 2018 overview has no separate discipline results to confirm the same dry/wet balance. These two assessments concern braking only and do not establish snow performance, handling, aquaplaning resistance, wear or refinement.
