Performance Analysis

Michelin CrossClimate 2 AW - Official Image

Across four all-weather tests, the CrossClimate 2 AW consistently delivers top-tier overall results with one test win and an average position of 2.5. Its standout pattern is winter capability paired with strong aquaplaning resistance and dependable dry braking. Wet performance is generally good but not class-leading in several independent tests, and value/rolling economy tradeoffs appear test-dependent.
Snow and ice metrics are repeatedly near the top, helping it secure overall wins even when wet lap/brake metrics aren't best. One larger group test shows mid-pack wet handling subjectives, while another highlights excellent straight-line aquaplaning and rolling resistance. Pricing/value is a noted weak spot in at least one test.
