The SUPERIA Bluewin UHP 3 is a budget-priced tyre with respectable performance on snow and in the dry, but it is deemed "brandgefährlich" (extremely dangerous) in wet conditions. Testers found it to be "unberechenbar" (unpredictable) on the wet handling course, with the vehicle's rear end breaking away abruptly during load changes. Its performance when encountering standing water was called "schlichtweg eine Katastrophe" (simply a catastrophe), and its dangerously long wet braking distances led to the tyre being rated as "not recommended".

The Superia Bluewin UHP 3 finished last of 11 overall and Not Recommended in the 2025 Auto Bild Sportscars SUV winter test. Wet braking was last of 13 at 64.5 m, 44% longer than the best, and wet handling and circle grip were also last. Straight aquaplaning resistance was last, 23.2% behind the best, and curved resistance 12th, 36.6% behind. Testers described unpredictable wet handling with abrupt rear breakaway during load changes, and regarded its wet performance as dangerous.

Low purchase price was its clearest attraction, but the favourable dry and snow wording needs qualification. Dry handling was last of 13, and dry braking ninth, 16.2% behind the best. The notes unusually call dry braking joint seventh, while their broadly respectable dry verdict contrasts with the last-place handling result.
