The Bridgestone Adrenalin RE002 finished near the back in its only independent comparison, the 2015 EVO Magazine Performance Tyre Test in 225/40 R18. It was ninth of ten overall. EVO described it as short of wet grip, with the ninth-fastest wet result, and said it managed only seventh in the dry. The wet result was the clearer weakness, but the dry result also fell below midfield.
There are no separate braking distances, handling times or margins to distinguish the individual disciplines further. Nor does this test establish a compensating strength in aquaplaning resistance, comfort, wear or efficiency. With only one comparison, the record supports a cautious verdict about grip in that field rather than a repeated pattern across sizes and years.
