used to use continental sport contact 2's for many years made the mistake of changing to avon's after a few weeks i couldnt wait for them to wear out, recently got the contact 3's and in my opinion these are the best continental tyres I have used. Grip is amazing and steering response and handling are great its like driving a new car again the car feels like it has confidence again in the twistys and the roundabouts.

These came as OE on my 2007 RS4 and they've really impressed. Dry grip is excellent, if a touch vague. In the wet they've also been superb, but I'm still trying to work out how much is down to the car, rather than the tyre! I've also done 2 track days with them and they stood up really well, (no chunks falling off like the PS2s on my previous 330i). After 14k miles I reckon I've another 5k-7k left. Not bad! All in all, a classy tyre.

These are really excellent tyres, I've been very impressed by them. Grip is superb in both wet and dry, and they let go in a very gentle way. No issues with aquaplaning. Steering weight is a little light for my tastes, but the tyres are responsive and adjustable on the bends. Very nice handling characteristics. No tramlining at all - this has been a pleasant surprise!! Reasonably quiet, not the best but not noisy either, and a nice smooth ride. Best thing though... for a high performance tyre, the wear rate is exceptional!!! Just rotated my tyres at 13,000 miles and there's still plenty of tread, enough for me to get close to 25,000 out of the set I reckon. Highly recommended, a great all rounder.

these tyres blew me away, they came with the car, never used them before. cant believe how well they grip in the wet and dry! amazing! they dont last that long though! i would love to buy these again but they are very expensive!!!

With the recent bad weather I wanted to put a set of tyres on that were meant to be good in the wet. And I have to say I have been very impressed with these so far. Great grip in the wet and dry. There has also been a significant reduction in road noise over the stock tyres.
