Performance Analysis
Drawn from 4 tests. Updated October 29, 2026.
The Semperit AllSeason Grip repeatedly trails in dry braking, despite strong winter results in ADAC's 2024 comparison. Auto Bild placed dry braking 27th of 34 in 2021, 34th of 37 in 2024 and 29th of 30 in 2025, with deficits of 18.2%, 19.8% and 17.9%. ADAC likewise ranked it 14th of 16, 16.2% behind the best, and found delayed, imprecise steering and early oversteer. Its Satisfactory dry-braking description is unusually more favourable than the third-longest measured stop suggests. Overall placings were 22nd of 32 in 2021, 20th of 37 and 12th of 16 in the two 2024 tests, and 19th of 30 in 2025.
ADAC's snow braking was shortest of 16, snow traction second and ice braking second, with very good snow handling. Wet-road ability was more balanced: ADAC praised braking and handling, while Auto Bild ranked wet braking eighth of 30 in 2025, compared with 21st of 34 in 2021. ADAC's straight aquaplaning was ninth and curved aquaplaning 11th, so favourable wet ratings do not mean leading standing-water resistance. Projected life was only 13th at 37,400 km and abrasion 14th, while fuel consumption was mid-field at eighth. Winter grip is the clearest attraction, with dry response and projected wear the main compromises.

2024 ADAC All Season Tyre Test
The Semperit AllSeason-Grip tyre receives an overall adequate rating for driving safety. It shows significant weaknesses on dry roads at high temperatures but manages to achieve good results on wet and winter surfaces. On dry surfaces, the tyre offers only adequate steering feedback and lacks precision. The driver must make frequent corrections due to delayed steering response and inconsistent cornering. The test vehicle tends to oversteer early in dynamic maneuvers, resulting in an adequate rating for limit behavior. Braking distance is rated as satisfactory. On wet roads, the Semperit performs well overall. It secures good ratings in braking, straight-line aquaplaning, and handling. The tyre effectively combines longitudinal and lateral forces, allowing for safe and precise maneuvering. Only in cornering aquaplaning does it miss a good rating. In winter conditions, the AllSeason-Grip excels with very good to good ratings. It achieves very good performance in snow braking and handling, with the test vehicle demonstrating precise control and a high performance limit. Snow traction and ice braking are rated as good. Environmentally, the German-made Semperit AllSeason-Grip receives a satisfactory rating. Both its projected mileage and wear are rated as satisfactory. However, it scores well in efficiency thanks to low weight and fuel consumption..
