I'm running jimny stock tyres on a first gen 1.6 vitara. My car isn't exactly fast and the on road traction and braking are just fine for my car. The road to my house is about 400 meters of very rough and steep offroad trail. After about 15000 km of driving the outer tread is worn way past the tread depth indicators. These tires will probably be fine for highway driving but for rough, steep uphill they got smoked pretty quick.

Best tyre I've ever used, so, so excellent in every condition which is so important here in Thailand with so much rain and extremely varied road surfaces, highly, highly recommended I wouldn't by anything else for my Nissan Tiida 1.8
