Driving on a combination of roads for 0 spirited miles
I have 195/45/15rs on my Miata and they handle good in dry and wet I can be drifting in the rain and they will catch any time I want them to I have no troubles braking with them ether I have driving in the snow the past few days no chains and no problems I cruise thru snow and ice with out any problems they remind me of toyo proxies tr1s but with better traction in the rain and snow

Vredestein Sportrac 5 rated 53% while driving a Ford Fiesta mk7
Driving on a combination of roads for 2000 spirited miles
BEWARE! Not great in my size! I tested many, this was the worst "sporty" tyre...these will ruin your car sportiness. I selled them and replaced with Toyo TR1 (front) and Laufenn s-fit eq+(rear). Both transforming the car literally.

Avon WV7 rated 88% while driving a Mazda MX5
Driving on for 1500 miles
Have these for winter driving on my turbo’d mx5 mk1. I run ad08r in the summer. These handle the power great when the road surface is cold and give lots of confidence in after we weather conditions.

Nankang Noble Sport NS20 rated 51% while driving a Mazda Mazda2 Sport
Driving on a combination of roads for 1000 spirited miles
Had these fitted to my Mazda2 when I purchased it. Very cheap tyre and performance reflects this. Tyre had maybe a third of its life left so my review will reflect I drove this at its worst. Dry grip okay. Better than other budget passenger tyres. Could get some speed of of it but with great difficulty. Steering response is vague and inaccurate. This combined with lack of feedback at the limit made these quite tricky as there was no real warning when these would let go. I would get understeer and snap oversteer with harder cornering. Luckily Mazda's stability control kept me safe. They were very greasy on damp roads but as they were near end of life this is to be expected. Comfort was very good for a performance tyre. They were quiet and compliant. All in all this tyre is probably for someone who would normally buy the cheapest tyre possible and call it a day. They really feel like passenger tyres masquerading as performance tyres. Fine considering price point but don't expect this to be a cheap alternative to PS4 GYA5 etc.

Toyo T1R rated 47% while driving a Volkswagen Golf
Driving on mostly country roads for 3000 spirited miles
Running these on a 1.8T mk2 Golf.. traction is a problem on average launches in the dry, fine elsewhere though... until it gets even slightly damp, then it's like piloting a greased pig. These are verging on dangerous when it's wet.. worst tyres i've ever had in that respect. Plenty of life left in them but they will be getting changed pronto. AVOID

Petlas Velox Sport PT711 rated 87% while driving a Volkswagen Polo 6N
Driving on a combination of roads for 1000 spirited miles
On my VW Polo 6N GTI the tyres look and feel great. When its dry and sunny (hot pavement) the tyres stick like glue. When its wet and slippery tho, the car is too light to force the water from under the tyres and it gets tricky. They are noisy, but so is the car so ikc. Overall, bang for the buck, i am happy.

Vredestein Sportrac 5 rated 80% while driving a SEAT Arosa
Driving on a combination of roads for 5000 spirited miles
Very reliable tyre in all sections with a very good performance and rim protection.Excellent feedback, not very soft/medium rubber for comfort.

Toyo Proxes TR1 rated 82% while driving a Ford Fiesta mk7
Driving on a combination of roads for 500 spirited miles
What a great tyre! Replaced Vredestein Sportrac 5 that couldn't really handle front axle accelerating/breaking and cornering in dry (but are quite good in wet and feedback). Toyo's dry grip, cornering and handling is super, wet - very reasonable. They seem quiet in dry, only a little louder in wet. Overall seem great tyres.

Really do not understand these reviews. 100% true what is stated here: https://www.autoexpress.co.uk/accessories-tyres/88489/vredestein-sportrac-5-tyre-review Dry grip almost non-existent for 125 BHP Fiesta. You may not be able to move a car from standstill on a Dry asphalt using 1st gear up to almost 7000rpm. Moose manoeuvre very vague for 45 profile and 2.2 all round pressures. This is not (even little) sport tire. An initial impression (350 km), but I will probably change them soon.

Toyo Proxes CF2 rated 96% while driving a Volkswagen Golf MK7 R 300 BHP
Driving on a combination of roads for 0 average miles
What an under rated tyre. My favorite yet and I've been through loads of hugh and low end sets.

Such a quiet tyre, handles great, wears reasonably (you want a tyre to wear or its a rubbish tyre)

I would put these up against my Michelin Pilot Sport 3's.
