What is a Electric Vehicle tyre?
Electric Vehicle tyres are tuned for the demands of EVs: higher vehicle weight, instant torque, and the need for low rolling resistance and low noise. Many conventional tyres also work well on EVs, but these are designed around them.
Winter tyres use soft, high-silica compounds and heavy siping that keep working below roughly 7C, on snow and on ice. The category spans three different products - Central European, Nordic friction and studded tyres - built for different winters.
