I drove a rental car with these tires.
As soon as the road surface is even slightly damp, the braking effect is almost zero. Even with light braking, the ABS engages, and deceleration is minimal.
This is an extreme security risk!
No matter how well you drive, if an emergency stop is necessary, there will be a crash. The braking distance is estimated to be twice as long as with good or average tires.
No matter how cheap they are, I would never buy something like that.
