Aplus EU label data

10 of the 11 tyres on record carry EU label data. These are the range's label headliners, using each tyre's best available size figures.

B Best wet grip

3 tyres reach EU wet grip class B. The highest scoring:

C Lowest rolling resistance

The most fuel efficient choice: 5 tyres reach rolling resistance class C. The highest scoring:

70dB Quietest tyres

The quietest tyres in the range are labelled from 70 dB external noise:

Label values come from the EU EPREL database and vary by size - the figures here are each tyre's best declared size. Wet grip and rolling resistance run from class A (best) to E; noise is the measured drive-by figure. A good label is a floor, not a verdict: the tests and rankings above tell you far more.

New Aplus tyres

The newest arrival in the range is the Aplus Aerix Rs01. 1 tyres have joined in the last two years:

New Aplus tyres, newest first
Tyre Season On the market since TR Score
Aplus Aerix Rs01 Summer 2025 not yet scored

New tyres take time to earn a TR Score - tests have to be run and owner reviews have to arrive. A missing score is a data gap, not a verdict.

Aplus A909 165-60-14 Nissan Micra 1,000 miles October 9, 2026

Installed these tires on my 2002 Nissan Micra K11 to replace old worn ones.

They mounted balanced pretty easily.
First impressions on city roads, slightly damp : holy Jesus these are bad. I spun the rear of my car at 25-30kmh in a wide roundabout.

Blamed it on them needing broken in, but I've driven 1000km with them and I can say with confidence they're the worst tires I've ever driven on.

To be fair, dry weather they're OK, grip enough to be safe but don't think about going faster than the speed limit.

Wet weather they're worse than 15yr old dry rotted Hankook all seasons I had before. Braking distances horrible, almost like driving on ice, and I can spin the wheels in second with a 60hp grandma mobile.

Definitely never buy these.

Been ok not fantastic in the wet but fine in the dry. About half worn and they are 6 years old but both have become a advisory on the mot. Sidewalls perished and cracked. Replacing with khumo

Had them on the rear the whole time and they are already at the marker. I don't drive like a maniac either. Winter wasn't harsh, they did ok. Design and build quality looked solid.
