Michelin Primacy HP Reviews - Page 14

Given 74% while driving a Ford Mondeo (205/55 R16 V) on mostly town for 12,000 average miles
only 12000 miles and i've got to replace them already. I don't drive erratically and although the drive is fantastic with them the price doesn't justify how long they last for. I would not buy again.

Given 87% while driving a Volkswagen Golf GT Tdi 110 (205/55 R16 W) on a combination of roads for 65,000 spirited miles
I have also used Dunlop SP's and Pilot Primacy's on this car and seriously love the HP's as the best all-round tyre I have ever tried! The Dry road holding is excellent and in the wet they are grippier than I am willing to push the car! Fuel consumption seems about the same as the Pilots but is better than the SP's. They are a bit noisy on the motorway. On a rouond-trip commute of 70 miles of motorway, dual carriageways and country roads, they perform well in every situation including heavy braking.
