Barum Bravuris 2 Owner Reviews
Review this tyreWhat owners say summarised from 116 reviews
The Barum Bravuris 2 is widely liked for value, dry and wet grip, quiet running and ride comfort, with 89 of 116 reviews positive overall. Grip and refinement attract substantially more praise than criticism, while steering feedback is evenly divided. Tread-life opinions are less settled, with favourable comments outnumbering complaints but around one in six reviews raising wear concerns. Almost all accounts lack a stage of use, with only one mid-life review and none at end-of-life, so a dependable lifespan or grip-retention pattern is not established. Repeat owners give differing accounts rather than a common ageing trend.

They came fitted to my Vectra 1.9 CDTi Estate and I have to admit they're a damn site better than the Pirelli P7 I had.
I do 800 miles a week, mostly motorways, and they just don't rub out, very, very hard wearing.
Very good dry grip, I take some of these motorway slip bends at silly speeds (sorry) and they've never even hinted that they want to skip.
Wet grip seems very good too, though I don't push it too hard in the wet.
Useless in the snow, as you would expect from a summer tyre.
Compared to the P7, they're very quiet.

Fitted tyres in early October 2011 and have had to replace two at the beginning of March despite only travelling less than 7000 km

First impressions are great, but will wait to see how the tyres do after a year or two until I recommend them or decide to buy again...
