These tyres do perform well BUT they aren't very good on economy. On my previous tyres (Avon ZV3's) I was getting 49.5 to the gallon but the Dunlops only 45.5. So what I may have saved on the price of tyres I've paid for in Diesel.

I would happily go back to the Avon's once these have worn out.

Replaced Pirelli PZero Rosso's with these and they have transformed the cars abitiity in the wet by miles. Quiter and softer with brilliant dry grip also. V impressive. Not sure about wear as yet, but after 1000 miles they still look new. Therefore, I won't be going back to Pirellis again

Given 79% while driving a Volkswagen Golf V5 (205/55 R16 W) on a combination of roads for 9,000 easy going miles
Comfortable, quiet tyre which grips well and isn't too expensive to buy. However the wear is terrible on my car, On my moderately driven Golf V5 the front tyres are nearly down to the wear indicators after only 9000 steadily driven miles.

Given 80% while driving a Ford (205/55 R16) on mostly town for 12 spirited miles
Fitted mid 2011, removed Nov 2012. (all round)

Covered around 11,700+ miles.
Great warm weather grip.
Very good handling when road is wet.
Cold down to -4.7oC did not seem to affect grip (dry road). Still drove fairly spirited.

Seemed to coup well with muddy roads.
Mondeo had new DMF in 2012, subframe removed and reattached.
This caused the tracking to be mis-aligned for aprox 1 week.
Grip did not seem to demish while tracking was out, although the ride was rougher.

Tracking re-aligned and all seemed well.
Grip began to demish in the wet once the tyre tread depth, fell below 2.1mm
Tyre finally removed at 1.8mm

Now have Bridgestone Turanza ER300, ftted all round.
Grip not as good as the Dunlop SP tyre, but MPG is up.

Given 60% while driving a Toyota T Sport (225/45 R17) on mostly country roads for 7,000 spirited miles
After giving this glowing reviews when fitted onto a powerful diesel I was disappointed with the lack of grip when attached to a light weight sports car. If you have a heavy car that eats tyres then do buy them as the weight moves the stiff thread blocks and provides some grip while stiffening up the suspension feel. The low price provides an opportunity for quality brand giving you less road noise, more durability and safety. However on a light car grip suffered due to hard compound and stiff thread blocks. They have bedded in for 6 months now but grip much less than Falken FK and even the Falken all season and certainly not up there with the RainSport 2. If your car weighs less than a ton this is not the for you.

Given 94% while driving a Alfa Romeo 156 2.0 TS Veloce (205/55 R16 W) on a combination of roads for 26,000 average miles
Progress update: Bought these 18mths ago and the fronts have now covered 26,000 miles and have just reached the wear replace blocks. They were only tracked once at time of purchase, so this wear rate is awesome!

Dry and Wet handling is very progressive and when pushing on, they just grip in all conditions (cannot comment for snow). Will be replacing with the same this month, having considered Avon ZV5 and B'stone T001, will stay with the Dunlop's.

I run an Alfa 156 Veloce (2.0TS) and do a full range of motorway, town and country roads.. so these tyres handle all road types very well in all driving styles from cruise to the full beans.

Given 87% while driving a Mazda 6 2.0 D (205/55 R16 V) on mostly town for 20,000 average miles
Great tire overall in wet grip is excellent even in tight cornering at speed exceed 70 km/h these tires are keeping very responsive and there are almost non under steer. In my opinion they are giving performance like high performance tires. Also on wet road responsiveness is impressive on cornering and even on sudden stops.
All in all very good tire and would definitely buy it again.

impressive stability and feedback for highprofile tires.
wet and dry grip is good and balanced, but they are touring tires so dont expect too much, yet they still win over some "high performance" tires in my option.
otherwise decent comfort, low noise and wear. high value for money and great for those who like to go fast occasionally.
the only bad thing l can think of is that they start letting go when worn to some point.

Given 99% while driving a Ford Focus MK1 (195/60 R15 V) on a combination of roads for 7,500 spirited miles
I like to go around corners fast push the car to its limits changed old cheap tyres that were fitted when I bought car. with the dunlop. they more quite on all surface hold to the road well. excellent braking in wet or dry. I have the confidence to go faster in turns then before. There only on the fronts will change back tyres with these once worn out.

Given 80% while driving a Honda Jazz (185/60 R14 H) on mostly town for 20,000 average miles
Very good on wet conditions especially aquaplanning comparing to my old Yokohama Aspec's. Reasonable dry grip. It should last for another 15.000 miles.
Good value for the price.
