Given 53% while driving a Vauxhall Corsa (175/65 R14 V) on mostly town for 265 easy going miles
I bought 2 of these event tyres for my grandfathers corsa and I'm so disappointed they have perished in the tread and one keeps leaking on the bead I've checked and there is no corrosion on the rim and none on the tyre bead I will not buy these tyres again

Given 30% while driving a Honda Fit (Jazz) (175/65 R14 T) on mostly country roads for 4,000 easy going miles
These came on my mum's Honda Jazz. They are notable for being the worst tyres I have ever experienced with respect to braking and traction in the wet or damp. The braking distances were huge and the ABS triggered at absurdly low pedal pressure. I checked out the brakes but all was good. The problem was sorted when I got Yokohama Blu Earth tyres fitted instead.

These tyres are proof there are no decent controls on tyres (E certification is meaningless) and that there is no short supply of fools who rejoice in saving a few pennies even if they later lose their lives due to the junk they buy.
Why do people spend thousands on cars then ruin them and negate safety features with cheap crap tyres?

Never, ever fit Event tyres. (A friend has similarly dangerous ones on his Vectra).

Given 50% while driving a Mazda Demio 1.3L 2002 (175/70 R13 T) on mostly country roads for 30,000 average miles
Did not test to limit of adhesion dry or wet, but no noticeable performance deficiency. Very poor wear though, greatly inferior to Roadstone(Nexen) SB702. Noise level OK except on New Zealand chip seal.

Given 11% while driving a Volkswagen Polo 1.4 16v (165/70 R14) on a combination of roads for 1,500 easy going miles
These tyres are very dangerous!!! there's no grip at all on wet and very little on dry surface. I you value your life don't buy these. If I only knew how bad these tyres are I would never buy them. After 2 months of use ( brand new!!) I need to replace them. WORST TYRE EVER
