These are the rft version, BMW strar mark. Replacing Michelin energy saving ( not bad on dry roads but weak on wet). One of the best option for rft tyres for bmw. Great breaking both dry or wet. Excelent handling ( maybe because of the hard SIDE walls). One of the best rolling resistence and confortable. Definetly Will buy again. Cheers from Portugal!

My Astra Sri came with continental Tues which drive like a dream .. I chose Goodyear based on paper rating .. it was just a bad choice .. the handled like a squidgy ball and the road rumble made be want to write off the car .. I changed the fronts to continental sport contact today and instantly I love my car again .. never in my life am I buying Goodyear again 🤬

Runflats fitted to a BMW 116i (205/55R16) and couldnt be happier. They really pleasantly surprised me in the wet. No slip at all. Comfortable, quiet great tyres. Would definitely buy again and highly recommend to others.

Bought 4 of these tyres in late October last year. I've used them in most weather conditions and they worked fine, nothing special at all just sound tyres with decent grip. It's now late March and I have done about 5,000 miles on these tyres and they have worn quite badly. I've had 20,000 miles out of a set of tyres before now. Sadly I don't think I'll even get another 5,000 out of these. I've rated the wear at 3 because it may very well be that they're not ideal for my type of vehicle, but I would still expect far better wear from higher end tyres (I paid £120 plus tax per tyre including fitting & tracking). The tyres had decent amounts of tread when new and were economic and comfortable for a while. Now that they are wearing lower they are becoming noiser, hence the lower comfort rating. I personally wouldn't buy these tyres again and wouldn't recommend them to anybody thinking of having them fitted to a Van, Pickup or larger vehicle.

I like to change tyres within 2 years of purchase. I own a Mercedes A160 blue efficiency. This time i will not change the tyres as soon as before because they are AMAZING and when i change them i will buy the same. They are really quite on the road, have very good fuel consumption (very efficient), they brake very well on wet and dry. I can't comment on lateral grip in turns because my tyres are not low profile, but overall they are predictable in turns. After 30k miles and 3 years of use they have a lot of thread left and they feel like new. I really love these tyres. Give them a try, i think they worth every penny. Drive carefully, always use seat belt in your car and helmet if you ride a bike. Enjoy life.

I've driven these tires on my BMW 325i for about 20.000km in size 205/50/17 89V

At first they were pretty good, but after the thread was below 5mm they really started to get worse.
On wet roads, they do understeer quite quickly, cornering in the wet does not give me a lot of confidence anymore.
On the dry, grip is still good, but they do squeak in corners very quicly.

Overall, the tires are not bad. But if you tend to drive a bit faster in corners and higher speeds, I do not recommend them.

I will have to replace these tires very soon and will probably go for Hankook Ventus S1 Evo 3.

Bought these tyres to replace budget brand fitted when I got the car. The old tyres were OK when newer but became lethal in wet conditions as they aged. Wear not an issue as I do very low annual mileage. Car is a classic for summer use only. The Goodyears have completely transformed the way the car feels. Handling and grip are worlds better and ride comfort much improved. A very good investment so far.

To start with the tyres performed well and the van (Fiat Fiorino) handle well with good levels of comfort and grip, but once 15,000 miles was reached the tyre went egg shape with constant vibration on the steering wheel. At first it was subtle but over the next 2 or 3 K it got a lot more pronounced until the vehicle is almost undriveable. This also coincided with tyres loss of grip (traction control interrupting all the time) and major increase in aquaplanning.
This is all still with 4mm of tread left, just not what I would expect from premium branded tyres.
In all my years of motoring this is the first time I have ever had to change out tyres early as they were that bad that for safety sake they had to go.

I live near La Rochelle, France.
Tyres fitted to Dacia Stepway Tce 90 when new.
Superb when new in the rain, but at4.5 mm depth they slipped twice in the Pyrenees on bends and wet roads (80 kmh). Wheel spin at the same time!
Home a few days later and a nail through a front tyre so half worn and replaced by Michelin Cross Climate, so no slip on wet roads.
Wear on rear Good Year (still in situ) after 30,000 km/s.

Hi readers well I lwas returning from a december driveing tour of the SCOTTISH western isles which have good roads unlike scotland mainland and after leaveing MALLAIG for SEAHAM , DURHAM the front end started to vibrate and the speed dropped to 40 a bit like driveing through sand. I stopped at FORT WILLIAM and called my
breakdown provider who has me on a transporter in 15 mins for home!!!!. my neighbour who has 20 years garage experience advised to raise each front wheel on a support and spin it on the engine, immediately the cause was found the tyre (not the wheel) was running out of true and on swopping the tyre for the spare , normality was returned !!!!. I was running on goodyears efficinity grip and have immediately bought a new set of 4 , I still have faith!!! first time Ive been recovered after 46 years driveing my 2007 mondeo drives on ....... PS If you drive the HEBs there are no garage tyre services on saturday sunday and bank hols I .was once stranded 4 days !!!

The car is a magnet for small debris on the road that get stuck in the the grooves of the tyre. Plus it has an attraction towards punctures, getting them on a monthly basis every time form a new spot. Comfort and tyre noise have been significantly marginalised after 30000 km

Good and reliable tires, they did performed very well with almost 5* regarding comfort and low noise, but, it did noticeable lost grip, in narrow curves, wet and dry, after 20000 miles, even with lot of tread remaining.
