Replaces the Hoosier R7
The TrackAttack Race R8 is the harder, more heat tolerant compound of Hoosier's TrackAttack Race, a 040 UTQG DOT competition tyre launched in December 2025 to replace the R7. Hoosier positions it for circuit running, where holding a consistent lap time across a session matters more than outright peak grip, and does not recommend it for highway use.
