Methodology & Configuration
Scoring Process
  1. Collect Test Data: Gather results from professional tyre tests across multiple publications. Minimum 1 test(s) required.
  2. Normalize Positions: Convert test positions to percentile scores using exponential weighting (factor: 1.2).
  3. Apply Recency Weighting: More recent tests are weighted higher with a decay rate of 0.95.
  4. Incorporate User Reviews: Factor in user review data (minimum 5 reviews). Weight: 15%.
  5. Bayesian Smoothing: Apply Bayesian prior (score: 7, weight: 1.5) to prevent extreme scores with limited data.
  6. Calculate Final Score: Combine all components using normalization factor of 1.1. Max score with limited data: 9.5.

Given 21% while driving a Mercedes Benz ML (225/45 R17) on a combination of roads for 500 average miles
if you really hate some one or you are a hitman FIT THESE TYRES, my mercedes ml 4x4 has a set of infinity death trap tyres, they have no grip in the wet, they are especially dangerous in town where there are more contaminants on the road like fuel, oil, etc driving up to 40 mph around town and ring road is highly risky in the wet, the ABS brakes are working there nuts of and still no grip.
i have drove 4x4s since the mid 80s, these are buy far the worst tyres ive had the misfortune to experience.
THEY ARE THAT BAD I HAVE TO CARRY A BAG FULL OF SPARE UNDER PANTS!

DO NOT BUY INFINITY TYRES UNLESS YOU HATE THE PERSON, YOUR A HIT MAN WITH OUT A GUN OR THERE FOR THE MOTHER IN LAW

IF YOU BUY THEM YOU WILL REPLACE THEM SO THEY WORK OUT MORE EXPENSIVE IN THE LONG RUN, my car came with them fitted

Given 93% while driving a Land Rover freelander (225/45 R17) on a combination of roads for 8,000 average miles
I was recommended these Tyres by my fitter, who is a mate.
I was a bit sceptical to say the least. But as they were £40 per tyre cheaper than Pirelli Scorpions I wanted replacing, I had them fitted.

I have to say after 8000 miles I am more than happy.
Hardly any wear is showing.
Brilliant in the snow we had last year.
The car feels like its on rails.Much more confidence than the Pirellis.
