Latest Yokohama Advan A032R Reviews

Given 77% while driving a Honda Jazz (185/60 R14) on track for 600 spirited miles
The AO32R is a semi-slick tire from Yokohama. The tire heats up quickly and feels safe in all dry conditions. Grip is very progressive in curves and under braking. The tire becomes more slippery when very hot at around 70 celcius. The optimal temperature is 50 @ 60 celcius. The durability on the track is a maximum of 500 @ 800 kilometers. Ideal for sessions of 15 to 25 minutes. This tire allows me to go flat out without a second thought. The car slips a little when pushed hard but it still remains predictable. He is very forgiving and helps bring the car back in one piece.

Given 76% while driving a Lotus Elise (225/55 R16 W) on track for 5,000 spirited miles
Fast. Sticky when hot. Superb lateral and longitudinal traction. Predictable.

You expect a few drawbacks with a cut slick but these aren't as bad as I'd feared. Managed to hold 80% laptime in the wet as long as I kept heat in them and they lasted a good 4 track days and some street driving.
