I only just got the car in mid-August, and it came fitted with a range of cheap Chinese tyres and one Hankook that were all quite worn. After a lot of pondering and review-reading I decided to go for the Eagle F1's, mostly thanks to the amazing 20% off offer that National Tyres had on them that almost saved me the cost of one tyre.
The car is absolutely transformed; it feels glued to the tarmac, even on twisty wet roads, and acceleration and braking both feel sharper. Road noise seems decent but I've not really had anything to compare it to, and I'm pleased to say that fuel economy actually seems to have improved. All in all, I have to say that I'm pretty impressed.
