My 128ti was fitted with Pirelli P ZEROS as the "performance tyre" option, and I have to say, I was really hoping for Michelin.
These tyres don't inspire confidence in anything other than dry conditions. I know the 128 is front-wheel drive with 265bhp, but the front wheels spin so easily, both off the line and when already rolling. Turn into a roundabout hard and there'll be some front end slide... Would I recommend these? No. I'm saving my pennies for some Michelins!

Great, played around with pressures. When cold i run 34/29 psi. A long way from the BMW recommended pressures of 39/34.
10k miles and the fronts still showing 4-5mm tread. Highly recommend these, im struggling to choose what to buy nextto replace them in 18".
Im not sure the PS5 will be any better, now the PremiumContact or the Asym6. Maybe the F1 Eagle SS.
