I've had a lot of Goodyear tyres in the past & usually rate them quite highly but these efficient grip have got to be one of the worst tyres I've ever had. They have been on for only 6 months & 5,000 miles & even with regular rotating, maintaining correct tyre pressures etc all 4 tyres have worn down to 3/4 mm in that short amount of time & mileage which I think is unacceptable considering they are supposed to be a "premium" brand. Goodyear should have called these "not efficient grip" as the dry & wet grip is awful & also the amount of tyre fold which occurs when driving in a spirited manner is just something else. So to sum things up I don't usually buy budget tyres but I've had better budget tyres that came with cars I've bought than these ditch finders. I'm ditching these tyres this week for a set of Uniroyal's, I'd heard recently that Goodyear had been bought out by a budget brand & it definitely shows, they used to be my go to buy after these tyres I will not be purchasing Goodyear's ever again

I drive a Seicento Sporting but due to lack of good tyres in 165/55r13, I have chosen to go to 155/65r13 which is a dimension with more and better choices. Uniroyals Rain Expert 3 were chosen based on their wet handling and small price difference compared to budget tyres. I also tend to choose newer designs thinking that there must be some improvement compared to older designs offered by the same manufacturer or by other brands (I had Barum Brillantis 2 before the Uniroyals)
I am satisfied with this choice as it provided what I was expecting, good wet handling and decent dry handling accompanied with little wear (allthough that was never going to be a problem with a light and underpowered car like the Seicento). I miss the feeling that the lower profile tyre provides but I drive a little less aggressive as I get older. Will I buy them again? It depends whether there is a better tyre in 155/65r13 or a safe tyre in 165/55r13 when they have to be replaced.
Rockstone Ice Plus S110 rated 57% while driving a Daewoo Matiz

Bought these Made in China tyres in winter 2012 for my mothers Matiz, as these were the cheapest winter tyres in this size, plus she rarely drives in winter
Good on snow and ice, now in 2019 they are still elastic enough, the rubber has aged well.
Granted, they were driven very little - on average 500 km per season
These are the noisiest tyres Ive ever had on a car.

Got them in spring 2013, they are still elastic enough and have adequate tread wear.
Noisy at high speed, but otherwise good budget tyres for unpretentious cars and drivers.

For this type of vehicle, very good actually, very grippy, good initial tread, good wear, quite silent, a very good tyre for city use.
Almost two years and still going strong, resisting very well on a car with not so good suspension angles from the factory (tends to wear the outside of the front tyres usually).

Very long life on Fiat Panda 1.1 Hobby. Comfortable, very good grip in dry, good in the wet if shock- absorbers are ok. A bit understeering if compared to Toyo 350 i had before these tyres. Never problems, probably i' ll by them again.

Very quiet tyre, much quieter than Avon ZT5 and quieter than Barum Brilliantis. You pay for that with very high wear though. Grip is better than Barum Brilliantis but not as good as Avon ZT5.

Average grip, wear and noise. Less grip then Avon ZT5 but less noisy too. Good cheap tyre.

Better grip than Barum Brilliantis and Khumo KH17, but quite a bit noisier than both. Average wear.
