2025 Sport and Hypersport Motorcycle Tyre Test

This test is great if outright track times are all that matters, but what about durability? I don't need the fastest possible tyre, but a tyre that feels good, gives me confidence and lasts more than 4,000km. How do each of these tyres compare for durability? It would be good if you provided a tread depth measurement after testing and list how many km were run on each tyre. This could give an idea of longevity i.e. if the tyre had 8mm of tread in the middle when new and then 6.7mm (i.e. 1.3mm of wear) after 1,500km then that's 1500*(8-1.5)/1.3=7500 km of expected life before it reaches the 1.5mm wear bars. This would be invaluable information when comparing tyres.
