Scoring Process
  1. Collect Test Data: Gather results from professional tyre tests across multiple publications. Minimum 1 test(s) required.
  2. Normalize Positions: Convert test positions to percentile scores using exponential weighting (factor: 1.2).
  3. Apply Recency Weighting: More recent tests are weighted higher with a decay rate of 0.95.
  4. Incorporate User Reviews: Factor in user review data (minimum 5 reviews). Weight: 15%.
  5. Bayesian Smoothing: Apply Bayesian prior (score: 7, weight: 1.5) to prevent extreme scores with limited data.
  6. Calculate Final Score: Combine all components using normalization factor of 1.1. Max score with limited data: 9.5.

Does the type of tire bear this heat in Saudi Arabia? How much heat can be tolerated on the roads?

While Triangle are a budget manufacturer, they are definitely one of the better ones so I wouldn't have any concerns with the TR259 having issues with high levels of heat.

Given 99% while driving a Mazda cx5 (225/55 R19) on a combination of roads for 2,000 average miles
These were fitted to a Mazda cx5 I bought. Realising they were Chinese, I became very wary, due to all the negative and bigotted comments. I have to say the grip in both wet and dry conditions is admirable. They are very quiet and have wonderful stability. I have not tried them in the snow yet. I am usually accustomed to high spec perfoprmance cars. My last toy was a Jaguar xk8 fitted with pirellis then Falkens, other cars fitted with yokohamas and pirellis. Although this car wont set the performance world alight, these tyres instil confidence and drive really well, even in keeping with other premium tyre brands. I do endorse and recommend them as a good durable and reliable tyre.
