Volkswagen MK4 Jetta 2.0 Tyres

The dry and wet grip are very good. The wear rate is very acceptable. They lasted for 5 years, 28 thousand miles. The shoulder wears faster and when this happens they loose performance noticiably. I have used HANKOOK SOLUS, YOKOHAMA SPORT ADVAN SPORT AS, this toyo have out performed this tires.

When I bought the car 3 years ago it was fitted with these tyres and they were at the middle of their lifetime, I drive mostly on the city but also do spirited driving on country roads ocasionally, they were manufactured 5 years ago so I think that explains why the dry grip isn't excelent but it's still very aceptable, on wet pavement they're very safe, very good grip. They absorb bumps very confortablyand resist hard potholes, right now after 3 years and 16k miles they're at the limit of wear so I'm planning to replace them.
