Tbh.. my scores are purely from how I found them in both wet and dry conditions.. adding the fact these are' dry/summer seasons tyres and not your your winter tyres.. though I've used them more over this winter than previous years.. based on my score ratings.. the protoura tyres are definitely in my opinion dry/track orientated purposeful tyres only.. in the slightest of wet weathers at avarage to just above your normal road speeds these tyres are not forgiven especially on the uk's poor roads, i'e urban city /built up areas where road condition are obviously more hazardous and dangerous road conditions from buses hgvs etc etc.. these tyres will at the slighly above speeds cause both oversteer and understeer if driven mostly obviously the normal road speeds..hence the less traction you get.. my overall opinion is these protoura tyres 200's upwards definitely a dry road tyre only or dry track tyre

In small words for the price of 400 euro for 4 tyres in malta have very good grip and for a track day super recommended

Westfield SE Narrow
(185/60 R13)
on track
for 550 spirited miles
Fitted to track day/hill climb (+ odd local trips on B and C roads) Westfield. Replaced set of Federals. Quite sensitive to tyre pressure settings. Unlikely to be used in wet! Wear rate already appears higher than Federals but performance is the measure not miles. Feedback figure is a bit of a crock because it has much to do with the setup of the car as well as the tyres.

Mazda MX5 2.0 Manual
(215/45 R17)
on mostly country roads
for 1,500 spirited miles
Fitted to a Mazda MX5 Mk3. Car runs 180 bhp and is set up for moderate track use and daily driving.
Comfort and noise are significantly better than more tyres with more aggressive treads.
Survived a monsoon level on a motorway so impressive wet weather grip. Not yet used in sub 5C conditions.
Exceptional track handling.
Recommended.
