This is winter tyres so my point for wet grip is for snow not rain, on rain this tyre is just average. It´s very good winter tyres for snow and mood, I always use for my car in winter period (3 month, average 5000 km per that 3 month) and buy 2 new every 5 to 10 years. Yes you read well, you can drive this year almost 10 years of average drive but after 7 year even if you have enough tyre wear for winter tyre (over 4mm) this is not same tyre, think that after 5 year use only on winter period is loos some handling possibilities for winter. So, if you want cheep, good tyres for only winter period of next 5 years this is best choice.

A bit too soft, great in snow, but risky in rain. A real budget/best snow only tyre. A bit noisy on dry.

This winter tyre is actually relatively cheap and very excelent for driving in snow and in other conditions in real winter time, so from that point I can recommend it. But...winter is not just snow and ice, many times the road is wet and in that case these tyres are just not good and also they don`t last so long.

This is a very good tire!! I was a little skeptical at first because I had been used to big name brands but these tires performed very well. Extremely quiet and comfortable. The wear is very good and excellent in snow and slush. Would buy again for sure.

Given 100% while driving a Toyota Yaris (175/65 R14 T) on a combination of roads for 40,000 spirited miles
I've bought this tyres back in 2005, for my Yaris; used them for 4 winters, and than sold the car with them and only with them on. Just saw the car several days ago, with the same tyres!
For 9 year old tyres, that have been used also in summer in the past few years, they kept up quite good.
They act normal in dry conditions, at least on the small 950 kilos of the Yaris, they were acceptable in wet, never got me in any trouble, and quite impressive in snow. Combined also with the lightweight of the car, they got me in snow when it was almost up to the windows for other cars in the parking lot, only that the car was entering in snow only about 10 inches. I just felt like I've had a snowplough.
Also 190km/h were achievable on Germany highways without any problems; the car was stable and well balanced. In the same winter euro-ski-trip I could observe the -20 degrees ice cold morning starting. After we heated the car, we had to get off a parking lot that had quite a steep slope; I was sure that we need to push the car, as we were not able to keep our balance on that slope, let alone the car. To my surprise, the car just got up the ramp without any issues, and not even a missed wheel spin.

My car did't have even ABS, let alone modern stability systems, and this tyres got it going for so many miles and years, that I can't even think of other money better in any other tyres, ever.
If I would still find them, I would definitely buy them again.
It simply demonstrated me that it has no reason in looking for more high priced tyres, like Michelin, Continental or Dunlop.

This tyre is very good on the snow. Very good grip in deep snow. Also good on wet roads. I bought them on my second car, so twice, and I'm very satisfied. I would definitly buy then again.

Budget winter (M+S) tyre with good traction and stopping in snow, average performance on wet and dry roads when braking, pretty noisy but overall a good deal for the money, very little wear for a winter tyre

Excelent tyre. Extraordinary handling on snow. Previous to last winter there was almost full month with snow 20-30cm on road, not a single problem. I parked where i wanted, and knowing that this tyre will get me out of there no matter that there was 30 or 40cm of snow on that place.
