These are the tires that came on my car when I bought it used. They have roughly 5,000 miles and appear to be wearing fairly normally. They are super squishy and soft. This is good and bad causing a very smooth ride but little feedback through the steering wheel. On a dry clean surface, I can launch my car with no difficulty or tire spin. When the surface is wet or covered with leaves I can not leave a stop with more than 1/3 power. If I do these tires spin like they are on a hockey rink. with the weather in where I live this is a common problem that I run into pretty requirly. For this reason, I will not be buying these tires and plan on replacing them because I believe this problem will just get worse with time.

Fitment comes from each tyre's manufactured size list, and the sizes are the ones drivers reported when they reviewed. Check the size, load index and speed rating on your own doorplate before buying - a size a previous owner ran is not always the size your car left the factory on.

What Hyundai XG30 drivers say
The most recent owner reviews from this car, in their own words.
Just bought a set of four of these Hankook tyres to replace my highly rated BF Goodrich Profiler ones, which I was very happy with. Just on first impressions I am very well satisfied and found them even better than the BF Goodrich tyres. I was pleasantly surprised that although the new tyres have a lower profile, they seem to absorb bumps better and grip is excellent. I have only driven on dry roads so can't accurately comment on wet driving as I've just got them, I also can't comment on wear so will be updating the review later. Price wise they were cheaper than leading brands but not very cheap either at ?95 each, however, I think they are very good value for money and would highly recommend them.

Who does the testing
Every test published as a Tyre Reviews test is run by Jonathan Benson, who has been testing tyres independently since 2007.
