I was doing a seventy mile a day commute and the goodyears i prefered wore down quickly in summer, so i had these p3000 fitted hoping they would last longer, Bad decision as the wet weather grip with these tyres was very poor compared to the goodyear gt3. I found that i was trying to wear them out before the next winter by spinning them up from the lights which was easy due to lack of traction. At 30000 miles i had them taken off with 4 to 5mm of tread left as i could not go through another winter on these things. Goodyear hydragrips on and what a difference, able to brake normally in the rain without the car sliding across the carriageway.
On the mazda these tyres lasted a long and scary time.
