swapped from Primacy 3 to these, not the same feel compared to Primacy a bit stodgy with little feedback, but solid. On the plus side you do get a good confident feel on very wet roads, they seem to corner better in the wet than the dry! not yet tested on snow.

in July 2014, I bought a set for my Saab 9-3ss Aero V6 Hirsch, a moderately heavy-at-the-front car which destroyed a set of Dunlop Sportmaxx RT in less than 10k miles.
I have replaced the Contis today. 23k miles over 12 months. With another set of the same. Superb tyres for the money. Oh: and £60 less a set than they were a year ago. Dry and wet grip inspires confidence on A-roads and B-roads and unclassified roads alike. They do get noisy around 2.5mm; and they started tramlining on cats-eyes at 2mm. That's when I replaced them.
For the money (£295 for four) I simply cannot recommend them highly enough.

The Falken ZE-914 is a decent tire but not as good overall as the other tires mounted on my cars over the years (Michelin Pilot Sport, Continental SportContact, Goodyear Eagle F1 Asymmetric2). The ZE-914 is good in rain and on wet slippery roads where it handles very well. Regarding noise the ZE-914 is a little noisier than the previously mentioned tires, but not much – the noise level is okay. The ZE-914 definitely needs to be warm to perform best. But the comfort level of the ZE-914 never reaches the same level as other tires mentioned. In high speed the ZE-914 also performs very well and provides a nice feedback. Considering the price of the ZE-914 compared to the previously mentions tires it's lower, and the price needs to, because the other tires just feel better overall.
