Best Tyres for the Subaru XV 2.0 D

I've had these tyres since I purchased the car in Feb 22 and I can't fault them. I've driven off-road in the NT, all through Tassie in Winter and zero issues. I think the tyres are a bit noisy but beyond that, no issue. I am in the market for new tyres now and I'm seriously considering going with these again as a potential reduction in road noise isnt worth the risk of losing all the other great things about this tyre.

I have never felt more confident driving my car .
I previously had some Yokohama fitted on them they were a disaster on wet and dry.
Once i shifted for tigar the difference was noticeable i feel so much safer really

OE tyres G95A by Yokohama, M+S designed with not that good performance on wet. Tyres are somewhat designed for "all terrain" use, Geolandar series, so it was not a surprise. Then I switched to G055 M+S tyres over again, good tread wear, good in the wet and in the dry, sufficient in the snow as the G95A was -the AWD proved axcellent and overtaking winter tyres equipped cars-. Last I put on weather control A005 from Bridgestone, very good in dry and et, but too winter oriented and soft compound, tread wear not an asset at all -blistering noted on the edges after 30,000 km, trew them away. I drove 80,000 miles with the liste tyres, then I put on the 4S AW21, giving credit to Yokohama first real all season tyre. They are developed from a summer tyre as far as I know, I hope this is true as the tread depth is not excessive. So far so good, wet and dry performance is very good, cornering in the wet is excellent wiht my car. Only lihgt snow tested, but I do not pretend that much as I rely on the AWD and even a fair performance becomes a good performance thanks to the symmetrical AWD with the viscous centre diff and limited slip, so the snow and ice ratings are not a reason of choice for me. First impression was they are a bit better than the Bridgestone A005, but performance may dramatically change according to tyre size and vehicle, on my car this tyre by far outperforms the bridgestone A005, althouhg my expectation was not to that direction.

tyres were supplied new with the car and from the first drive the tyres were great for handling dry and wet weather used for one bad winter and the tyres worked well in the snow and ice. a little bit of tyre roll on fast cornering. over all a pretty good tyre just disappointed at how quick the tyre wore out .

They replaced Yokohama all seasons. Outstanding, excellent road feedback, on wet road really impressive, very good cornering when compared to factory fitted tyres -they also were Yokohama-. Quite riding. They do not look to be a compromise between summer and winter tyres, good value for money if performance will stand -tread life 40,000 km?-.
Italian climate (no high mountain and extreme snow): definitely I do think these tyres are the solution. Pretty sure they behave very good in snow as well (my car is 4x4, even with M+S tyres in deep snow never had problem).
