Fitment comes from each tyre's manufactured size list, and the sizes are the ones drivers reported when they reviewed. Check the size, load index and speed rating on your own doorplate before buying - a size a previous owner ran is not always the size your car left the factory on.

I put these tires on my daily driver, a 2016 Scion FR-S to replace some Taiwanese tires the car had when I bought it, I live in Puerto Rico and here it rains a lot, after I installed the tires everything felt perfect, but then, It started to rain and I noticed that the car was hard to control, I felt the car slipping and sliding, even on a straight line, even worse if I hit a puddle of water, no matter how shallow it was. But then I really got scared, one day after leaving my house for work in the morning and I hit a patch of wet smooth concrete that had a diagonal on it, the car was under acceleration but not something major, maybe 15%, all of the sudden I felt the car turning to the right as I tried to correct the car did not respond at all, lucky for me just after the concrete there was asphalt, but then the front tires had regained grip, and I had over corrected, so I found myself going the wrong way backwards! nothing to do just full brakes and brace for impact, lucky for me the tires gripped on the asphalt, and I ended up inches from the barrier, i did not hit nothing nor anyone! Since that moment, every time it rains I get scared while driving, I can feel the tires slipping on wet white lines on the pavement, I have to be aware of everything when it rains, lines, puddles, shiny concrete, everything, and every time I get over that patch of concrete where I slipped when it is wet, I can feel the car like it is driving on ice! completely out of control, Scary stuff indeed. I see the good wet traction reviews, but for me and my car, that is not the situation. Other than that, great tires, but man they do not like water

These were the OEM tire on my Scion FR-S. And I hate them. I genuinely think they ruin the car. The limits of grip are low - which is what the engineers of the car claim was the point of choosing this tire - but the handling characteristics on these tires makes the whole car unpredictable and difficult to drive, especially approaching the limits of the tires. Oversteer can happen suddenly, and dangerously when driving spiritedly. The car will snap from understeer to oversteer due to the limit characteristics.
The best thing you can do with these tires is take them to a drift event at your local track and destroy them as quickly and smokily as possible. And it will take a very long time, because they have a *very* long life. Hopefully you can learn some drifitng in the process though.
Ride comfort isn't all that good either.
But I think they are dangerous in the wet.
And this car feels better on winter tires than on these eco-crap-tastic tires.

These were fitted after the OEM tire, a Michelin Primacy, and were wholly transformative for the communication, handling and limit behaviour of the FR-S (also Toyota 86, Suabru BRZ) chassis. The limit was higher, and the breakaway was transparent, smooth and controllable. In the dry, they were a massive improvement, but in the wet, even more so over OEM. The wet grip felt like 80% of the dry grip, meaning I had total confidence in anything but a giant, hydroplane-inducing puddle. Even if there was one side of the car in an unavoidable puddle at speed, I wasn't worried because the other side of the car had sufficient grip.
I did not use them in the snow or ice.
I am not a driver concerned about wear or tire life - I value handling feel and grip over comfort and life. I had no issues with either the comfort of the wear rate of the tires. After a particularly spirited drive, the shoulders would show signs of wear, but that would clean up after a week or so of sedate commuting.
The only complaint was that there was a minor delay (or lack of instant response) around center at highway speeds. But these are All Seasons, and the wet weather performance more than made up for that minor gripe. I recommend these to anyone who drives spiritedly, especially in locations that get lots of rain - like the Pacific Northwest and similar areas.

About the TR Score

The Tyre Reviews Score rates each tyre out of 10 using independent test results and the full body of owner reviews, so you can check a car-specific ranking against the wider evidence.

Who does the testing

Every test published as a Tyre Reviews test is run by Jonathan Benson, who has been testing tyres independently since 2007.
