Methodology & Configuration
Scoring Process
  1. Collect Test Data: Gather results from professional tyre tests across multiple publications. Minimum 1 test(s) required.
  2. Normalize Positions: Convert test positions to percentile scores using exponential weighting (factor: 1.2).
  3. Apply Recency Weighting: More recent tests are weighted higher with a decay rate of 0.95.
  4. Incorporate User Reviews: Factor in user review data (minimum 5 reviews). Weight: 15%.
  5. Bayesian Smoothing: Apply Bayesian prior (score: 7, weight: 1.5) to prevent extreme scores with limited data.
  6. Calculate Final Score: Combine all components using normalization factor of 1.1. Max score with limited data: 9.5.

Given 82% while driving a Nissan Primera (225/50 R17) on for 0 miles
Very good tyres, especially for the price. After 4 summers and 40k km, the grip still has life, the marker for replacing was not hit.By me, this tyre was made for wet road - very good behaviour. The comfort is not the best, but these tyres are performance tyre (according to AEOLUS), but it is not very bad. If you are looking for good tyre for reasonable price - these are for you. Definitely it is recommended tyre and will buy again in this size.

After 60k Khm its time to say goodbye to these folks. Really good tyres. I would buy them again.....

Given 64% while driving a SEAT ALhambra TDi (225/45 R17) on mostly country roads for 12,000 average miles
Good tyre at first, but extremely dangerous tyre after a while. After 20.000 in hot summer day at 37C, tyre on motorway started to degradate! Pieces of tyre started to fall off the tyre with visible inside metal material coming out. we had to wait 2,5h on hot summer day for road assistance as both rear tyres degraded equaly.

Dangerous tyre! Defenotly not to be bought again

Very good tire on dry and wet roads.Sometimes I drive on the limits, but the tire still has a very good grip. With them, I have traveled 20k km and still have 5mm profile ... At the beginning I was skeptical about the brand, but my friend, who is a representative for this brand persuaded to buy. And I do not regret that I bought. From now on, I buy only Aeolus tires. For this price perfect rubber ....
