The neo gen fits that niche fabulously. Responsive, good road feel, and decent grip. But they really shine in the wet. Which gives me the confidence to enjoy the drive every day despite the weather.
The cons are road noise and comfort. So definitely more for enthusiasts than a typical commuter. I'd recommend them for a quick, fun, daily driver like my focus ST. As an added bonus, I think they look great too.
