225/45 R18 Tyres

Excellent dry and wet grip. Snow is ok for the tire it is, but you should not depend on this tire to get you there once any measurable snow is on the ground. Road noise is ok and wear is pretty good. I don't make it to the 50k warranty, but it is nice that they discount my next set when I don't. This is my second set of AS4's. I MIGHT look at the DWS 6 next time just because of the better snow traction, but overall I am very happy with these tires.

Lasted for ages ... 28k miles literally traveling return trip of 110 miles a day over a year on all types of terrain and weather ( the back tyres could easily go another year without replacing )

Tires are comfortable, what i was looking for an all season tires with minimum road noise and comfort ride. They end up really bad, on a routine inspection the inspector noticed that all the 4 tires has very sever cracks all over the contact area. They had miles but the marks was in very good condition with lot of life in them on first sight. eventually one of them blows up a month after and i replace them 4. Tires are really good for comfort, and AWD cars for like 3-4y top. Good choice, and aceptable snow handling, on wet are very good, mediocre all over. Overal i liked them, i get the newest model Pirelli All Season Plus, better wet, and snow performance, also very quiet and super comfortable ride.

Very good grip dry and wet. Very good confort and stability at high speed. Handling is soft and not very fun to drive.
Continental extreme contact sport have more sporty handling but confort is less...

The PS4's were great performing tyres throughout their lifetime. Was surprised they held up for so long while both maintaining much of their wet and dry performance. The high cornering and braking performance was appreciated and superb compared to the tires that replaced them
The only small gripe was the comfort which was good but not perfect, this was of course totally as expected.

I would never buy nokian again because of the rubber compound I’ve had multiple sets warranties out for splitting and cracking wasn’t just the nokian ones the WRG4 I think it was did the same thing

Previous tyre: Dunlop Winter Sport 5 · Mostly motorway and short city trips, little snow in my area

I chose the Snowproof 3P for its strong wet braking and high-speed stability. My Dunlop Winter Sport 5 was excellent in snow but felt vague and wobbly in fast, sweeping motorway bends.

Comfort: Firm, much like a UHP summer tyre. If you're coming from UHP summers, you'll hardly notice a difference in ride comfort.
Noise: Very quiet, a big improvement over the Dunlop.
Steering: In slow corners with a lot of steering lock, it feels a little dull, but it still builds up plenty of grip. It's clearly most at home at higher speeds: excellent straight-line stability, and lane changes are easy and precise, without the vague, wobbly feel typical of many winter tyres.

Wet grip: On a similar level to my summer tyres.
Grip in general: Felt confident after only a few km, and the tyre feels better with every kilometre.

So far a great choice for drivers who prioritise motorway stability and wet safety. I'll update after the winter with experience in cold, wet and possibly snowy conditions.

In the meantime, I've driven 32,000 miles (51,000 km) on these tires (see current photos), and I have to say, they're still performing excellently on my car. Summers here are hot, and winters are mild; we rarely get snow, just wet and slushy roads. These all-season tires are the perfect choice for these conditions, eliminating the need for unnecessary tire changes (except for swapping the front tires to the rear and vice versa). And they’re a great fit for my car (Kia Optima K5). The only downside is that at highway speeds, within a certain speed range, a pulsating noise occurs due to the tread pattern, but as soon as the speed goes above or below that range, it goes away. I highly recommend them for everyday driving—I’d buy them again.
