Bought theese to replace an odd set (2 federal,1 lassa,1khumo,dunno what some people are on!)that were on the car when i bought it,i have to say the difference is like night and day,i can now put my foot down to overtake without the front wheels spinning(in the dry)and go round a bend without drifting,only had them on a few weeks but could feel the benefit leaving the fitting centre, as for wear i dont do lots of thrashed miles so should last for a while,dont really care if they dont, better than ending up upside down in a field,will deffo buy again.

Good to a point, quite bad for aqua-planing when even relatavely new!!
Sholders seem to wear out almost immediately, within 1000 miles. However they took a long time to "bed in" was like driving on glass for the first 200 miles.
Dry grip was good, wet grip was ok apart from the aquaplaning.
Good but not worth the money, you can get michelin pilot sports cheaper and for the same money you can get Goodyear eagle f1 assimetric 2's! Which in my mind are the best tyre on the market

Replaced the poor Michelin Pilot Primacys for a set of Sessantas and I could not believe the difference. I don't put the tyres on the track so I can't evaluate this. I can feel perfectly safe even on very wet roads at any speed the car is going. The tyres haven't missed a beat.

Only downside is that they are not so comfortable or silent and they have also increased the fuel consumption over the poor Michelins by 3 mpg but I feel this is perfectly reasonable as they're literally glued to the road.

By far the best tyres I've had on a car, I've had various sets of Yoko's, Pirelli's, Goodyear's & Toyo's over the years all on poweful hot hatches and these just poo all over them.
I run a 04 Mini Cooper S tuned to 237BHP and a decent Brake and suspension setup which I thought I had wasted money on untill I changed the Toyo T1R's that came on the car for these, it was night and day. In the dry I can now come out of 2nd gear corners without smoking the inside tyre and now feel the benifit of the money spend on brakes. In the wet they feel like you only lose 10% of your grip, even my girlfriend commneted on how the car still feels totally planted when were driving though what can only be described as a monsoon in the south of France. 4 of my mates with an Evo 6, E46 M3, R32 Golf and a Leon Cupra running 300BHP have also bought these and mightliy impressed for the money. I've now done about 6,000 miles on them and they still look new back and front. They aren't the cheapest but are worth every penny the only downside is they can be a little noisy and they are quite heavy when compared to the Toyo's I took off but then again nothing is perfect and I can live with this for the sheer levels of grip & confidence they inspire behind the wheel due to the feedback and progressive breakaway.

Absolutely outstanding tyres. I have a relatively powerful RWD car which before was flashing up with the traction control light on fast starts from 0, but now I rarely see that. Not only this but previously I had the back kick out (unintentionally) a few times with the previous contisport contact 2's recommended by BMW.

These tyres are second to none, and at least on the BMW 535D Sport on 275/30/19 + 245/35/19 they are fabulous.

Great tyre amazing amount of grip have had them on since last summer not many signs of wear comfort is sublime would definitely buy these tyres again!!

Came off of Continental Sports Contact 3 and Pirelli P Zero's as they were wearing out too fast (less than 12k miles) and both felt too neutral. Plumped for the Vredensteins as the reviews were good and the price as well. Being a large motorcycle rider as well, I am tuned into my tyres and what they are up to. Initially, I was worried by the amount of tread pattern movement until I realised that it was just the tyre warming up. This only took a few hundred metres and then I found that I could throw the car around to my hearts content knowing that I was going to stick to the road. Wet driving is no problem either and even in the snow I was not really worried. Now they are getting down to the wear markers, I am finding that they are tramlining on the motorway. Would highly recommend these tyres to anyone.

I've been driving these tires on my 2009 Audi A6, and they are excellent! I'm not a real sporty driver, but i do push the car from time to time, and these tires are doing their job perfectly. I recommend these tires!

I bought these following reviews of other users on this website. My car originally had Pirelli Pzero Rosso when new which wore down quickly and gave up grip around mid-life. Switched to GSD3's which wore better but poor progressive nature (they tramlined really badly).
The Vreds were a real improvement. Quiet, comfortable and no noticeable signs of tramlining.
I recommend these to my friends as they are really good value and have worn ever so well. The rears have done over 30k miles with still a bit to go although won't be long.
Seriously give 'em a go. I'm so impressed I've bought a spare set of Vred Winter tyres for the later months.
