Driving on a combination of roads for 25000 spirited miles
I had conflicting advice from different tyre stores one saying these are the tyres for you the other saying don't touch them with a million-foot barge pole. The store saying don't touch said I'd be back in for fresh tyres new rims and a wheel alignment in 6000 miles max. but they held and went well. They gripped and gripped until you wanted to start playing up then they spun but you always felt in control. great tyres if i have another such car again i wouldn't hesitate to buy these again.

Driving on mostly town for 5000 easy going miles
I put these tyres on my ZC Vectra - can only describe them as discraceful - had to remove them with 90% tread left and replaced with various second hand tyres - why ? Because the road noise was diabolical to describe the least - it was like I was driving a flying saucer with whirring coming from every direction - terrible and could not recommend them at all.

I put these tyres on about two and a half years ago and i push the car when i'm allowed so they haven't had an easy life but they are at the forty thousand k/m vacinity so we are looking at replacing them. we have different demands of tyres now and a second car so our requirements are different. they have exceeded our expectations and are worth the time and money.

Well time to replace my Nexen N6000 tyres...and guess what....I am getting exactly the same again. Cant fault the tyres....good price $129 aussie dollars (about 60 quid to you poms. On my 3.2 V6 Vectra...which is no slouch....though i dont often drive hard....i do enjoy taking roundabouts at a bit of gallop...and the tyres hang in there superbly. I have done about 45000 kms on the tyres and all still (just) above the wear indicators, which i think is outstanding. Had Goodyear F1s on other cars...but these are as good and much much quieter....not to mention cheaper. One of the best so called budget tyres around....they are not budget....your just not getting ripped off has hard as you do by the big names. Highly recommend them.

Good medium price budget tyre. To be fair i havent driven in wet conditions that often. The wear is good, i have rotated the tyres quite often and kept the pressure to about 40psi. For the price i think they are a decent tyre.
