Honda 1998 NSX Targa Tyre Review Highlights
Upgraded my wheels from 16inch on the front and 17s on the back to 17s and 18s so needed new tyres. Many NSX owners use the Bridgestones because of their stiff sidewalls. I in fact had Bridgestones myself but having read the reviews fancies the Ultrac Sessanta. Got them on Friday and immediately drove up the motorway to send the weekend on the Evo circuit in wales. I met some Supra drives who swore by the Ultrac Sessantas. First thing I noticed was how amazingly quiet they are. On motorways they are almost silent. Next thing I noticed was the soft sidewalls. As you turn into a corner you can almost feel the give in the sidewalls before the tyre then grips very well. Just done 600 or so miles on gravel, country roads, A,B and motorways and like the, but the soft sidewalls make spirited driving a bit more adventurous!
