Driving on a combination of roads for 2000 spirited miles
Fitted to a 2012 Golf R, these have great grip for a touring tyre (even compared to the Advan Fleva V701 I had before on a previous set of wheels), and are really reassuring in the wet, even when pushing it. Lateral grip is great but I can get a hint of wheelspin pushing the tyres to their limits in the wet. Cannot comment on wear yet. Also very quiet. Sidewall isn't the most stiff so steering feel is more vague, however potentially due to tire size (235/45/17) rather than the fault of the design.

It's a grippy and quiet tyres but quick wear on both sides of the tyres. Compared to Michelin Super Sport, Michelin seems to have more balance rubber in terms of overall performance and wear rate.

At budget price availability £87 as I write these are a 'steal' compared to other makes for my car!
I can't find better at the price!
There seems little compromise, except in extreme wet conditions.

Best winter tire i bought. Good grip in the dry and wet and excellent performance in the snow.

Will definitely buy again.

Also hit a pot hole (deep one) at over 40 mph the rims bended like hell but the tire didnt deflate and got no damage.
