Writing about the Falken Azenis RS820

I got these and the 295/35/19 size for my F10 M5.
I was curious to see how £700 for a full set of tyres compares the Michelin Pilot Sport 4s and Continental Sport Contact 7 which are double the price for a full set.
The Michelins were good but the sidewall is ugly, as is the rim protector design. They also lacked turn in feel.
The continentals were epic in almost every way, especially in the wet.
Comparatively I’d say the RS820 is only 10% behind the Michelins and maybe 15-20% behind the Continentals when you’re really pushing it.
I’m well aware of my limits and don’t track my car so if these Falken RS820’s wear sensibly, I’ll fit another set.
They behave predictably and don’t suddenly lose traction, they are also reasonably responsive in the cold spring mornings we are having.
They also have a nice minimalist side wall design, although I’m not a fan of the font used for the tyre size.
One thing to note is that the RS820 did take more weights to balance than the other two brands I’ve mentioned. But there isn’t any vibration at autobahn speeds.

Writing about the Federal Evoluzion ST 1
rated 93%
I swapped from Bridgestone RE05 which came with the 370Z and for half the cost! I take 400bhp modified 370Z on track days and spirited driving trips (European tours) and I am very impressed with the performance of the Federal for the money... Bang for buck and they look amazing! Lateral load handling on track and road is great, XL tyres, great contact patch. Unsure in the wet, struggles when cold but once going no issues at all and deals with aquaplaning well when motorway pounding, very stable. Mega impressed overall and seem to be lasting well also... 7,000 miles (60% spirited miles) and a track day and loads of lift left around 5.2-4.8mm

Bought 2 for front and two for rear for my Mercedes Benz 320CDi sport ..I have done the same as the other Merc man.... but went further and fitted four radials from a mates Merc and bingo the noise disappeared .
Don't buy these tyres the mould is misaligned if you look closely ..they are absolute rubbish ..you have been warned .. I bought 4 for my Merc E320 CDi Sport after reading spec... and the listed specs are all lies... I also had the tracking done three times !!! , changed each one with a spare thinking it was bearing noise or break issues reduced the pressure and increased the pressure but noise is still their.. the only good thing about them is they can be used as a swing in the park !!!!!!!! ..never , never , again go for a cheap Japanese tyre ..........they only know how to make paper toys !!!! ( NOT)

These Tires are amazing, We put these on my Wife's Gen Coupe to replace the stock Potenza's. My god,it has completely changed the car. Hyundai has a ridiculously aggressive DTS and DSC they are constantly ruining all my fun. I don't want to lose traction by any means or spin the tires but i want to be able to push the car. With the potenzas i was constantly being shutdown the PSS's have literally almost solved this issue completely just because they stick so good. they also softened the ride, increased average gas mileage by about 1-1.5mpg, and have much lower road noise.

Good road tyre. Pleased with it. Premium brand. However, you can't say this tyre is good on snow though. This is not a winter tyre so how can it be good on snow? Let's be clear about this.
