The Turkish-made Lassa Revola is rated “not recommendable.” The summary states that it barely reaches a satisfactory score in safety: dry-road performance is poor, with the tyre losing grip as temperature rises, offering only minimal steering feedback and making it hard to control the vehicle; it tends to oversteer in emergency manoeuvres. Wet performance is somewhat better, with average braking and above-average handling, though aquaplaning resistance is only average. The environmental rating is only “befriedigend” due to average mileage and abrasion; efficiency is good thanks to low weight and fuel consumption. Strengths include very short dry braking, good wet performance, low weight and low fuel consumption, but the tyre is very weak on dry roads, has aquaplaning weaknesses and only satisfactory mileage and abrasion.

Lassa Revola Owner Reviews
Review this tyreWhat owners say summarised from 10 reviews
Owners are broadly happy with the Lassa Revola, with 9 of 10 reviews rating it positively and an average score just over 80%. Most feedback points to reassuring grip in both dry and wet conditions, helped by a generally comfortable, supple ride. The main drawback is noise: around two in five owners complain it's loud, and around one in five say it gets noticeably noisier as the tyre wears, with some also linking the soft sidewalls to extra body roll.

The tyre absorbs shocks very well, it's comfortable. But I didn't like the grip. It definitely doesn't suit performance driving. I might not choose it again.

Roughly 35,000kms on the tires. Just did my last rotation on it. Will prolly last another 5000kms before I'm changing it out.. Going back to 195 60 16, as I want to test the efficiency of after market tyres but stock size. Going to try goodyear assurance comforttred which is supposed to replace the efficient grip 2s as it's being phased out.
So as previously mentioned road noise is getting pretty loud after 20k+ kms. Cause of not really good wheel well insulation..after rotation its temporarily better, but it will still be noisy..if on new well paved roads it's dead quiet even at 90-110kph.get roads make it very noisy..
.i have dropped pressure to 240kpa cold from 245kpa ~28-29c.. Hot will be about 260-265kpa at 40-42c..I find the tires becoming abit stiffer after about 25k kms... small bumps n shocks are more prevalent. If i had better suspension n shocks this won't be an issue.... Overall decent tyre for the price. Depending on demand /supply price.

Initial Impressions70% 16,000 milesCurrently done about 25,000km+ on the tires.
Dry grip still pretty good. Have yet to make the tires squeal around corners.maybe cause of the body roll n soft side walls.. Makes me not wanna push it so hard.
Wet grip is still alright...hydro planed twice.., but able to catch it..
Comfort /noise is getting abit worse after about 20k+ km. Noise is abit louder and feels abit more bumpy in terms of tire impact absorption. Have been maintaining 250 kpa at 29-30c.he's about 265-268 at about 40-43c. 270kpa is harsh for the Byd dolphin..
Rotation at every 9-10k kms noticed slight tread block scalloping. At about 7-8km b4 each rotation... Tyre dealer advised its cause of the weight and the car and the toe in on the car.

Grip on dry surfaces is quite successful. Wet surface braking isn't bad either, but I didn't feel confident enough to reach very high speeds. The softness, durability, etc. are nice, and there are still no signs of aging or cracking.

This tyre looks incredibly similar to Bridgestone T005 but is considerably cheaper. It's very comfortable, soft sidewall but that's ok for a touring tyre, very light - so fuel consumption pretty good. Good in the wet or dry. Highly recommended!

The first Tyres I put alter car purchase.
The car came with Davanti and they were dangerous on wet road.
Lassa Revola were the best Tyres I ever used in the rain.
They have soft sidewalls and that gives a smooth ride.
I recommend them.

İt has more better cornering than all weather tyre at dry road .
İ can not compare with other summer tires because it is the first time i use summer tire instead allweather.

Dry grip very good, but cause of the soft side walls, body roll feels exaggerated
Wet grip is decent so far, easily manages hydroplanning. Have not test wet grip limit as theres no track here for me to test..
White nose from the tire is there compared to my ling longs which is quiet .. Certain audible wrring at 49-51kph maybe from the acoustic cancelling tread design patterns., but the white noise is ok and not disturbing.. If my wife n daughter is able to nap then its good.
Average Tire temps are also higher.. Ling longs usually max out at 38c on normal driving roads while ot reaches about 42c if I do cross country higher speed runs.. This tyre averages 40c and so far has gone up to 45c on normal driving, maybe cause of hotter weathers
Experimented on diff tyre pressures at 26-28c n found that 250kpa is best as by the time it reaches peak temps at 40ish c its about 265+kpa.and its nice and firm. After 270kpa tyre becomes abit too stiff for me. Small bumps become very noticable.
Oh yes.. To the website editor, its lassa Revola. Not revolta.

Steering response can be just a tad bit slower than my stocks as it has softer sidewalls.
Comfort is better than my stock as the bumps absorbed are more softer inatead of a sharp shock.
Dry grip- have yet to push it.
Wet grip- have yet to push it
tread wear- it has a 320 tread wear, my stocks has 400
Noise is definitely more than my stocks, but due to size and type of tyre, cant really compare.
