Driving on mostly country roads for 9000 average miles

Have these tyres on MG ZSEV. Performance is adequate in the dry. Reasonable grip and handling is acceptable given the rather stodgy set up of the MG. The issue is in the wet. The grip is awful. The torque from the electric motor spins the wheels when pulling away in the wet with almost no acceleration. It is downright dangerous. Cornering in the wet is also poor. I've decided to change these tyres at only 9000 miles, not because they are worn out, but because I'm not prepared to let me daughter (18 and inexperienced) drive on such scary tyres.

Great tyre for the price. Yes no as good grip Maybe with Michelin or other expensive brands but with today's cars and abs assistance and collision assistance does it make any difference? I have 2 audis and never used anything else. Great tyre

Had these tyres on since new, just turned 50k and still got a few mm left, will need to replace them this year. Will definately be looking at the same tyres as long as they are not too much more expensive than others.
