I thought I'd give the Evos a try and moved from Goodyear Eagle F1 Supersport's on my modified Leon Cupra 280, which I'd been using for years and I'm impressed the how much of a step forward these feel in comparison. Grip is phenomenal, and they are superb at managing the additional power running through the front wheels. I have immense confidence in Evos when driving spiritedly and they have a real enhanced stability over previous tyres I have experienced. Have marked down for wet driving as it really hasn't rained much at all in UK the last 3-4 months. Wear-wise they seem to be holding up well, though a good 75% of the mileage I've covered with them fitted has been motorway/A road mileage. I never ran the Potenza Sports but as far as the Evos go, I'd say Bridgestone have improved the wear over the Potenza Sports. Also for those who care about the aesthetic, they do sit nice and proud, with a noticeably chunkier profile and stance than the Supersports. One downside for some people may be the noise as they're pretty noisy compared to other tyres (which I don't mind), though that could have a lot to do with my car and its modifications. Regardless, I won't be moving away from these any time soon and would highly recommend.
