Great performing tyre.
Losing grip towards end of life and spinning up more now on take off as they have hit 2.5mm but overall great tyre
Easy seen 11000 miles of mixed driving with some hard miles in there
Replacing with another set which says it all really. Rears still have approx 4.5mm on them and fronts about 2.5mm.
Continental sport contact 6 lasted about 8000 miles

After having Continental 5p tyres brand new on the car and only lasting me 6000 miles was very disappointed. I needed to replace my Continentals but wanted to try another tyre and local tyre garage had suggested the Kormoran UHP. I was very sceptical at first. Had them fitted at £280 for 4 tyres bargain of you ask me.
Done roughly 1000 miles now and absolutely love them. Doesnt spin when I launch it even in the wet. My continental always you to spin up all the time when putting my foot down. Continental prices at £160 Each and the Kormorans at £70 each was a no brainer to try these tyres out. I looked at reviews on here and was unsure whether to get them but I got a Seal Leon Cupra 290 and these tyres are amazing. Would recommend to anyone that doesnt want to spend a fortune on premium brand tyres. These should be categorised as Mid range to premium not Budgets.

I only purchased these as my car needed a full set of tyres with less than two months remaining on the lease. Having always gone for one of the big name premium brands I was expecting a significant drop in performance compared to the Continental Sport Contact 5 AO’s that they were replacing, but couldn’t justify the extra £300(almost) to cover less than 1k miles.
My expectations couldn’t have been more wrong - really can’t fault them.
I know that the direct comparison I’m doing is between new Davanti’s and worn Conti’s, but findings are as follows;
Both dry and wet grip is certainly as good and possibly even better (would need a new set of Conti’s to be certain - It’s close).
Substantially less road noise from the Davanti’s which is really noticeable on the motorway.
The thing I like the most is that the Davanti’s are more compliant over bumps, so manage to feel more “settled” on an uneven road surface (particularly when you’re pushing it), which is really confidence inspiring.
I can’t comment on longevity as I won’t have the car long enough, but I will certainly be purchasing Davanti again in the future.

Tyres deliver good feedback and do well in the dry and wet. They seem a bit harsh. Braking distance in the dry is alright. Could do better.
Wear is my problem with this tyre. I do drive mostly average. Like 10% of my drives are spirited.
Front tyres are already down to 5-5.5mm.
Not quiet sure if i would buy them again. Since wear is quiet high

These tyres came fitted as standard on my Leon Cupra 290.
Dry grip is very good, handles well through country lanes which I drive most days and braking is really good.
As another reviewer pointed out, they do tend to cause pretty bad wheel hop when pulling away quickly at like a junction or don't really grip well in a straight line.
I'm a slightly spirited driver but I don't drive on the limits of the tyres at all.
They are now down to 3mm after 6000 miles which is extremely shocking considering these cost £130+ per corner.
Now they have gotten to this wear level, wet grip is reduced massively sliding all over the place and they've become really unpredictable in wet weather.
I probably won't use these tyres again due to the poor wear rate.
