The tire I had was a Michelin pilot alpin PA4 zp used it on a 2019Mini Cooper Countryman S all4 for one season. I felt the tires was average for a winter tire. Thought the sottozero 3 I had before were more fun to drive.

Drove them on a 2019 Mini Cooper Countryman S all4 for about 20000 miles and then on a 2022 Mini Cooper Countryman all4 JCW for around 10000 miles. I felt the tires were excellent in the wet even when pushing the vehicles hard on the thruway. Good in the dry, nice handling in wet and dry. Just an overall excellent tire.Never used them in winter weather I used winter tires for that.
Had them on a 2019 Mini Cooper Countryman S all4. Used the two seasons. Both winters we had some good storms of two feet or more of snow. Only got stuck once because a lifted truck couldn’t get up my unplowed street that I had no problem on. I thought the handling in dry and wet were outstanding a fun to drive.
I’ve had them on two mini cooper countryman’s. A 2019 s all4 and a 2022 all4 JCW. On the 19 mini I got around 23000 miles on them and on the 22 I have around 7000 miles on them. To me they seem to wander a little, not overly impressive in the wet especially when pushing the JCW version. Never used them in the winter since I run winter tires. Not a great tire but not a bad tire.
This tyre is Eco Contact 6 SSR BMW labelled which is OE tyre for MINI countryman cooper S ALL 4 sell in China.
According to my oberservation, the treadwear is 440 and the traction is AA which is different to the non brand-labelled tyre or other brand proved tyre.BMW or MINI may customize of this tyre with Continental and improved the traction, handling and reduced wear.
This tyre has good handling in urban and mountain tarmac in Beijing.The support in curves is good and not easy to make some noise to remind driver so this tyre can support the spirited driving although it is not belongs to the sports tyre at all.I think the Premium Contact 6 is placed at higher level than this.
I gave the lower mark on noise.This runflat tyre is likely to produce more noise than others like PZ4 RSC for BMW X5 21 inch wheel.(The countryman has poorer level of NVH)
I may buy the UHP non-runflat tyre for Countryman to increase its sportiness and reduce the rolling noise.

The tire are good but I think Pirelli CINTURATO ALL SEASON PLUS are better tire for a Mini. If you have a Mini with OEM run flat summer. The CINTURATO ALL SEASON PLUS are out perform the OEM run flat summer tire on any condition like Wet, Dry, Noise, smoothness ect. Best tire I have ever owned.
I have 4No Hankook Ventus S1 evo tyres fitted on a 2017 Mini Countryman Cooper SD which has now covered 11,767 miles from new, with one pair having 6mm of wear left and one pair with 4.5mm of wear left, all 4No tyres have started to perish around the outer treads and 2No in particular are perishing around the tyres in the inner grooves, I have been advised to replace these or risk a high speed blow out, I have contacted Hankook Tyres UK who have stated that they take these matters seriously but would need the tyres returned to them through the vehicle dealership in the cases of original equipment fitment to consider a warranty claim, what's the car going to run on during this period?, I will let everyone draw their own conclusions as to quality and warranty
Runflat version fitted to Mini Countryman - OK tyres, no pretensions of being a full sports tyres and as a general daily driver tyre they did the job just fine. Comfort their worst feature, but thats as much about the MINI suspension, ridiculously heavy alloy wheels and the runflat version of the tyre. Didn't do anything particularly well, but no real bad points - Used winter wheels so no experience of how these performance in frost, ice and snow. Typically lasted 18k miles.
High speed grip is phenomenal. Taking corners at 100mph is a breeze.
Changing lanes while in a corner at 100mph is stable.
No more understeer, car seems to be a bit more tail-happy yet stable.
More bite during turn-ins.
Comfortable, soft tyres. Had to put 37psi pressure as it was kind of soft in corners. (Comming from the run flat tyres sidewall)
The road noise is acceptable, not the quietest nor the loudest. Just right to trade for these levels of grip. (Comming from michelin latitude and dB tyres)
Braking is better, more bite.
Perfect!!! Wear rate seems to be good. driven 6500miles. spirited
