I have been looking for this type of tyre for my BMW 330 E XDRIVE,225/45/R18,but unfortunately I couldn't find them. Would you know why they don't have this usual size? Thank you!

Sorry, no. Modern EV tyres are quite difficult to make which might explain why the roll out of sizes is slow and limited. Also limited demand might be a factor. Luckily there are plenty of 'EV Ready' winter tyres with low rolling resistance.

Given 79% while driving a Mazda CX7 (235/60 R19) on mostly motorways for 5,000 average miles
Bought iCept SUVs for my Mazda CX-70. Decent road noise, probably around the same as the stock all-seasons. Icy conditions aren't great but better than all's and not as good as the X-Ice on my other vehicle. Road ride feels like they don't give much. $120 less per tire than premiums like X-Ice, and has better longevity according to different comparison websites. That longevity means a tougher rubber-like compound and less flex to grip onto ice.
