I bought 4 Roadstone tyres from the local tyre shop, it's being one year since I bought them, they are good tyre than my expectation, it is budget tyre range on the website, but I would say it's sporty tyre plus comfort. It's worthy to buy Roadstone tyres

Bought a pair of these in November for the front of my car having got 19000 miles from my original Michelin’s. I like to keep all tyres the same and consistent but with one thing after another I wanted to pay less than £100 a tyre so started shopping around as the Michelin at the time were £110plus each. Found these and was really happy that they have the same tread pattern as my Michelin and have all the same ratings except being rated 2db louder. I bought two of them for the front at £110 fitted which blew me away as they are honestly great value for money, I drive mainly motorway and 16000 miles a year at least and they are just like the Michelin I had previously. I have now bought another two sets with the rear being changed in December along with the front again only as I was unlucky to have a pot hole damage one at the front so will keep one spare for when it is ever needed. I don’t mind if I only get 1000miles with these as £1 per mile they are best value with offering peace of mind.

Given 84% while driving a Saab Automobile 9 3 1.8i Linear Estate (215/55 R16 V) on a combination of roads for 500 average miles
Having done some more research Roadstone is actually a brand name for Nexen tyres, so they are labelled as budget, but are actually lower mid range tyres. They are actually very good tyres on the road, feel nicely planted and don't roll in the corners. They need minimum 500 miles to wear in, but slowly get better.

Pros: Cheap, great dry and wet grip, plenty of feedback and they feel well planted on the road

Cons: they are a little hard and you feel every pot hole and bump, this is a minor issue and not one to totally put you off.

Verdict: Knowing they are actually Nexen tyres, these perform very well compared to a lot of mid range tyres. I got a pair fitted for less than £100! which is amazing. They are perfect for any small and medium sized car with low to medium power.

My usual go to tyre brand is Falkern, but had some hankooks fitted on recommendation. They were awful tyres, didn't last long, rubbish in the wet and generally very disappointed. Needed new front tyres, so did some research and found out that Roadstone is a brand name of Nexen tyres. Purely going on the price of them (very cheap)and the fact I'm only keeping the car another year, thought why not give them a try.

Very impressed so far (only 200 miles in, but will update later on) Feel better placed on the road, dry grip better and wet grip loads better. Road noise was about the same as the hankooks, but you feel the road more. Can't comment on wear, but can't see them being any less than the Hankooks. Overall I'm very happy and will porbably look at Roadstone or Nexen for the other car.

Given 90% while driving a Alfa Romeo Giuiletta (235/40 R18 W) on mostly country roads for 10,000 spirited miles
I purchased 2 of these for the front wheels of my alfa guilietta 150 bhp diesel after having identical Nexen SU4 tyres on my previous Giulietta. I put them on to replace two brand new maxxis tyres the dealer put on that were absolutely lethal in the wet! What a difference!! Wet grip is absolutely fantastic all the way down to 2.5mm.

They coped well in the snow as well, aided by Alfas DNA system. I got 10k out of them but I do short quick drives on back roads so a bit hard on tyres. They should last longer if driven on longer journeys.

Now winter is setting in and Scotland is getting very wet, it's time for new tyres. I Will be purchasing 4 of these to replace all 4 this time .

Given 90% while driving a Mazda 6 Series (225/45 R19 W) on a combination of roads for 1,000 average miles
Recently fitted and seem very good, fine in wet and dry. Fitted these as bought car with one random one on back which was almost new, no difference in grip on acceleration between these and the 2 pilot sports that were on the front. Expect they might wear a bit quicker than the pilot sports but I can have 2 and a half sets of these for the same price as one set of the michelins. BTW these are exactly the same tread pattern (and probably the same spec) as the Nexen N Fera SU4.

First time I have bought Roadstone tyres ...I usually fit Nexen tyres which are a great budget tyre and perform well on my Astra H 1.9 (150)
I read reviews on Roadstone Eurovis 04 and learnt that these are manufactured by Michelin in the same factory as Nexen decided to give them a run...(most leading manufacturers make budget branded tyres)
I am impressed so far I drive ‘normally’ I don’t rag my car and these tyres are proving perfectly well on the front feet so far.
I would have no hesitation in recomending these Eurovision 04 for ‘normal road use’

Given 36% while driving a Mercedes Benz CLK 320 Convertible (225/40 R18) on mostly motorways for 100 easy going miles
I chose this tyre on the good reviews it has, what a mistake. this tyre is crap the worst make of tyre i have ever bought in my 25 years of driving. I had only driven the car once then i was already looking at getting rid of them. Constant wheel spin when pulling out of juctions, traction control always flashing when pulling out and going round corners, this is under normal steady driving and normal conditions.DO NOT BUY.....

i have been using these instead of the Pirelli P7 as they are better in every way and last much longer. Wet grip is amazing and the ride is extremely smooth and quiet. Highly recommended.

Given 96% while driving a Mazda RX 8 231PS (235/40 R18 W) on mostly country roads for 4,000 spirited miles
Bought these for my Mazda RX-8 after the original equipment Bridgestones became dry and began cracking. After buying these many people told me about how the RX-8 does not react well to a poor tyre choice, especially so in the wet.

By that logic then, these are not poor tyres. These are, in fact, brilliant tyres, not just because of their low price.

In 235/40/18 these were £55 per tyre which represents pretty brilliant value. Obviously a little more expensive than your usual bunch of Haidas and Landsails, but a damn sight cheaper than anything by the likes of Hankook, Falken or Toyo which sit at that kind of 'premium budget' or 'mid range' section of tyres.

Upon fitting these, dry grip was drastically improved although that was not hard given the previous tyres. What was impressive however is just how much more aquaplaining resistance the car now has, something very important when all power is being pushed to the rear wheels. The car is incredibly stable at speed in the wet, and even when coming off roundabouts and exiting corners with partial throttle, there's no indication you're ever on the edge of these tyres' ability.

Road feedback is very good, you can feel the tyre is on the edge of its boundaries before it starts making audible warnings of the approaching grip barrier. The car is running on coilovers with a Fast Road setup so obviously comfort is hard to gauge - but noise levels are very reasonable and the tyre does the best it can given the circumstances it is put under on the setup.

Finally - wear. The tyres have only been on for around 4000 miles, but pretty much the whole time they've been on they've been driven with 'spirit' - and they're holding really well. Rears are at around 6.5mm, possibly a little less, fronts just a little deeper so a working life should be around 15k in on the rears which given the driving the car is subjected to is impressive.

Overall brilliant to find a very good quality budget tyre.
