Fitment comes from each tyre's manufactured size list, and the sizes are the ones drivers reported when they reviewed. Check the size, load index and speed rating on your own doorplate before buying - a size a previous owner ran is not always the size your car left the factory on.

Linglong Comfort Master 205-60-16 Renault Megane 3 1.5 dCi 100 miles March 12, 2026
I have not had these tires for very long, but my impressions are generally positive. There were no problems with balancing. At speeds of 120-150 it behaves perfectly, no vibrations or anything like that. I did not hear any abnormal noise, at least at low speeds. The name of the tire really corresponds to it, the tires are very comfortable. The set cost me $200. For its price, I definitely recommend it!

Nexen N Fera SU1 205-50-17- Renault Megane 3 1.5 dCi 15,000 miles February 24, 2025
had 2 pairs on my car one with 2020 DOT one with 2022 DOT both pairs are now in Feb 2025 all cracked up on the car and need to change all 4 of them... not very happy with how they lasted... on the car they feel ok, good grip in dry and also in wet (in uk mostly rainy days) never had problems not braking in time (had a few emergency braking, and they done a great job)

Kumho Solus 4S HA32 205-55-16- Renault Megane 3 1.5 dCi 1,500 miles January 8, 2025
The Solus 4S HA32 205 55r16 91h is a crybaby on the front axle: from the first few kilometers you could hear every stud hitting the road. Several visits to have the tires rebalanced actually resulted in perfect concentricity and an annoyed mechanic. The howling remained. After 2000 km I swapped them with 1-year-old Nexen `n blue from the rear axle. They are now unnoticeable on the rear axle. With this direct comparison with the 4s Nexen I can say that the two tires are equivalent. On the highway, the current configuration gives the same safe driving feeling as with the Nexen on the rear axle. The howling has gone at the back.

Continental EcoContact 6 195-65-15- Renault Megane 3 1.5 dCi 15,000 miles October 2, 2022
Very poor value for money. On dry: No worries about road holding in dry conditions with a fairly dynamic and comfortable ride. Largely suitable for tires in this range. On the other hand there is a very strong and unpleasant squealing in the turns even when driving quietly. On wet road: I have never had such bad tires on wet ground. Very complicated not to spin at the start, aquaplaning from the slightest puddle of water even at moderate speed, very poor cornering. There's nothing going! Lifespan: I punctured at 15,000 km, not repairable so I couldn't go to the end, but they seemed to me to be quite damaged. Rather average at this level I would say. Conclusion: I'm not so unhappy to have punctured finally, I changed them for Michelin Primacy 4, day and night. In any case, off can be good promotion, they are to be avoided and are a very bad deal! If you live in a rainy area, run away!

Falken Sincera SN110 Ecorun 225-45-17- Renault Megane 3 1.5 dCi 1,000 miles May 10, 2022
Soft tyre. Seems like it is optimized for comfort rater than performance. I liked the braking performance for my size 205-60-16

Sava Intensa HP2 205-60-16- Renault Megane 3 1.5 dCi 3,500 miles October 8, 2021
Much more than expected! Silent, soft, good tyre! I have them only 3 months and excellent experience with them, so far!!! We ll see after a year or two are they good enough & equal quality as in the beginning! And I dont know anything about their durability, yet. I had Bridgestone Turanza ER 300 before, the best summer tyres I ever had, fuel saving, but loud, and I ve spent them after 50.000km

Where this data comes from

Every rating on this page was submitted by a driver through the review form on this site, naming the car, the tyre, the size and the distance covered. Reviews are checked by hand before publication, and the page rebuilds automatically as new ones arrive.

About the TR Score

The Tyre Reviews Score rates each tyre out of 10 using independent test results and the full body of owner reviews, so you can check a car-specific ranking against the wider evidence.

Who does the testing

Every test published as a Tyre Reviews test is run by Jonathan Benson, who has been testing tyres independently since 2007.
