For the money they are a great tyre. I had super budgets on before and they were ok, these are much more refined- much less 'crashy' and make driving more comfortable. I've covered a couple of thousand miles through winter and the rain and I drive with confidence. I will defo buy again- Saab 93ss V6.

My favourite all round summer tyre. Excellent wet performance and very good dry. They wear fairly quickly, but I am always hard on tyres so I epect that anyway.

There is lots of rubber available with comparable dry grip, but it's traction in the wet and on just damp roads that sorts the men from the boys. Highly recommended.

Quiet, comfortable, wear OK, but truly atrocious in the wet. Really bad, dangerously so. They're not even very cheap any more so avoid...there are far better tyres out there.

Excellent tyres, replaced my neuton nt5000's on the front that were completely overwhemled by the power and torque. The difference is night and day with the rainsports, extremely good in the wet and dry, far better feel and less tramlining. Will keep buying these for as long as they make them.

I bought these tyres based on good reviews seen on most sites and to replace some SportContact 3 that came with the car - I was VERY disappointed with their perfomance: Grip was lower than the SportContact 3, both on the wet and on the dry, being that on the dry they cannot simply be trusted. They are very unpredictable on the limit and the car will give little to no warning before letting go.
Also, they have worn alarmingly fast and they are quite noisy. I really ask myself how is it possible to see these tyres topping so many tests - are we talking about the same tyre or do the reviewers have other interests??

Worse thing I found was that the tyres fitted to my car could not be balanced and were not rounded. After I complained and spent a lot of money trying to get them balanced they called in the country Conti rep, who reluctantly replaced one tyre and later another, although all 4 tyres had issues.

Overall, I will never buy Continental again and stopped recommending them - for the price, I expected MUCH better.

If you want to see me going around the Nurburgring with very little grip, simple go to YouTube and search for "Saab 9-3 Aero Nordschleife" (Jaco2k)

Downright dangerous in wet. My 300bhp 440Nm remapped Saab Aero has a set of these on the front.Wheelspin at 80mph in the wet, understeer like a hovercraft on wet roundabouts.Even with 7mm left on tread will be swapping on Saturday for good year assymetric f2s before I kill my family along with someone else's. I would not put these on a wheelbarrow.

Do not, under any circumstance, buy these tyres. They are quite simply lethal. I bought a Saab 9-3 aero that was already fitted with them. I can only describe them as dangerous. In the dry they are OK unless attempting to press on, in which case, expect masses of understeer and wheelspin. In the wet, or even mildly damp, it feels like you are driving on ice. Islands are terrifying at any speed, understeer is massive and with absolutely no feel at all. Accelerating in a straight line at anything other than than 1/4 throttle results in wheelspin in the first 3 gears. Accelerating and cornering would see you in a ditch. Cannot believe it is legal to sell tyres this bad.

Fantastic tyre, quite on the motorway, excellent grip in both dry and wet. Would certainly buy another set when the time comes. Brilliant value for money considering the level of performance!
