12k on my Golf V6 - they will need replacing at round about 15k - cant fault them - surefooted even in the wet. Probably the best car tyre I have used.

writing this NOT having read any other review so its unbiased. These tyres are ok in the dry, although abs kicks in fairly easily when braking for speedbumps for example. But they are dreadful in the cold, wet or slippery conditions of winter. They seriously lack grip - slide in any corner, out of roundabouts etc unless you drive like my granny. Good fun in a 'practice' type way if you're up for it, but overall don't buy these through choice.
Only fitted cos they came with my new wheels, but I would never have them again and would pay more for better tyres to be honest.

i had Vredestein Snowtrac 3 tyres last winter, and bought these this year as I couldn't get Vresesteins. I thought the Snowtracs were unbeatable. I was wrong! Dead silent to drive on. grip like mad in the dry, great in wet and on mud too. Seem to be perfectly suited to my Golf V6 4motion.Tread pattern great too.
Buy again? Definitely!

Fitted to 18inch RS4 shoes on a V6 4motion. Dry grip is excellent. Wet grip is pretty good, no hint of aquaplaning even on newly built dual carriageway with very poor drainage! Feedback and progressiveness is very good. Wera is brilliant, 2 years and 30,000 miles later and they are just coming up to the wear indicators. Have driven a variety of styles since I have had them and they have responded a lot better than the Toyo Proxes which came with the alloys. Only down side is seem to have a lot of road noise but this could be down to the stupidly large wheels (Note for Mk4 golf drivers; don't put 18" wheels on unless you plan to completely change the suspension as they dont offer enough cushioning resulting in lots of cabin rattles!!!!).
Would definitely recommend and buy again, just trying to figure out if I can find anything better for a similar amount of money or get anything the same for less money!!!
